Slang for vagina. Pretty much the word cooter, but someone added the word bug to make it sound that much more juvenile.

n. one who lingers in your general area for no other reason than to look over your shoulder to see what you're doing. Usually someone who wants to catch you doing something wrong to report it to a higher authority.
