A word to describe literally anything in any context or situation, good or bad.

Example 1:

Friend: "I just saw the craziest accident happen and the guy hopped out of car and took off running covered in blood"
Friend 2 : "that's hippoposterous!!"

Example 2:
Friend: "I just won the lottery!!"

Friend 2: "hippoposterous!!"
