This phrase has become the mother of all insults in the Malay-speaking world of the Internet, although some say in the SouthEast Asian world of the Internet as well. This phrase is popular among Malaysian netizens when foreigners say stupid things about Malaysia or Malaysians.

"Mak kau hijau" is a Malay phrase which literally translates in English "Your mother is green".

This phrase origin came from a video that went viral in Malaysia about 2 kids was insulting each other. One of the kid spontaneously said "Mak kau hijau" maybe because out of words after being insulted and angry at same time. The reason it went viral because that phrase has no meaning of insult at all and it is funny when he said that. In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
