Highland is a small town in Illinois. A glorious combination of the wealthy and rednecks. Known for its many bars, pizza restaurants, and cops. If you weren't born there, don't bother trying to fit in.

Highland Park Illinois 

Highland Park is way beyond rich and wealthy. The reality is worse than movies. Girls walk around with outfits that cost more than some people's salaries. Everyone has houses in places where you can't even dream of going too. It's part of the North Shore chain, and just as bad as Highland Park, Texas. The town is a fantasy, the people are gorgeous, the cars are stunning, it's beyond imagination. Beyond all, the kids are snobs, stuck-up and full of themselves.

Highlandic

Saying something is "the only one" or that there is no use for something of similar use. To say that there can be only one of something: musicians, movies, food etc.
To say something is the best ever or that there is/can never be anything like it.

Chocolate cake is just highlandic.
