Higgsbants

Banter is to speak or act playfully or wittily. Higgsbants is when a person tries to have banter, but does so poorly and becomes and repeat offender. That banter then becomes Higgsbants.

Luke- " Everybody got their soccer shirts cleaned for the game tomorrow?"

Steve- "If by shirts cleaned you mean, cleaning last weeks goals off then no."

Luke- " wow, unreal Higgsbants."
