The act of appearing to be busy when working From home by bumping the computer mouse with the heel of your foot as it sits on your coffee table or other foot rest. This allows you to relax with your feet up and watch T.V. or read while still appearing to be active and hard at work.

I really hate having to poop and then take a shower afterwards. "Heeling it down" saves a lot of time.
