gore grind 

A type of heavy metal. Just like grindcore, but played so fast it sounds like white noise with a giant cricket belching "reeeee reeeeee reeee" for the vocal track. Songs usually aren't over 30 seconds long and there is almost always a movie sample or two to go with each one.

Intense Hammer Rage is my favorite gore grind band.

goregrind 

An extremely abrasive form of grindcore characterized mainly by lyrics revolving around medical terms, noisy riffs, and pitchshifted vocals. Carcass is considered the first goregrind band, but some other goregrind bands include Regurgitate, Haemorrhage, Cock and Ball Torture, and The County Medical Examiners

Grindcore music that consists of notoriously short songs, headache-inducing noise, and lyrics that will make you vomit on yourself. Some great examples are Regurgitate, Meat Shits, Cock and Ball Torture, Anal Blast, and Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarcomucosis.

Goregrind is great! Except the fact that goregrind bands love to use complex words to describe something disgusting.

This subgenre of grindcore started with the band Carcass, and is most notable for having gore obsessed lyrics, more of a "groove", and pitchshifting vocals.

Most notable goregrind bands are: Cannibal Corpse, Carcass, Cephalic Carnage, Pig Destroyer, Vomitorial Corpulence and many more.
