Short version of a phrase made popular on the TV show "Scrubs":

When someone tells you something you don't care about, you say, "Who's go two thumbs?"

"going for two" plays off the use of the football phrase: ie going for the more risky two point conversion, instead of settling for the extra point.

Asked in a casual manner, usually by strangers or friends. Means "Are you two hooking up/boyfriend and girlfriend/dating?" Usually used by those who reside in the Bahamian islands.
