blowballing

goofballing
The process of using heroin and methamphetemine (aka meth, crystal meth, ice, etc) simultaneously.
Goofballing is achieved by mixing heroin and meth together in a single rig (syringe), and then slamming (injecting) the mixture into a vein.
Procedurally, goofballing is nearly identical to speedballing, except a goofball mixes heroin & meth, where a speedball mixes heroin and cocaine or crack cocaine.
At the most basic & simplistic level, I explain goofballing as “Heroin AM.”
After doing a goofball one will feel all the euphoric, “feel good” effects of the heroin, a “downer” but none of the usual feelings of drowsiness and tendency to nod that goes along with it.
