femsploitation 

Femsploitation is the act of marketing a product or film using feminist talking points as an emotional appeal, just to sell to your target demographic. Similar to the Blaxsploitation films of the 70s.
Girl 1: I really like this companies "real beauty" campaign. It stresses that everyone is unique regardless of diet, body type or fashion!
girl 2: Yup. too bad it's a ploy used to sell beauty products. That's femsploitation for you.

fatsploitation

Exploiting fat people for monetary gain. Most common in television programming such as "The Biggest Loser", "Dance Your Ass Off", "More to Love", "The Fatchelor", etc.
The television program, "Dance Your Ass Off" is guilty of fatsploitation.

fansploitation film 

a genre of film that attempts to succeed financially by exploiting popular fandoms. Fansploitation films may have extremely high production and marketing budgets. They often get mixed reactions from fans, pleasing some and leaving others dissatisfied or upset.
The only movies people see in the theaters these days are fansploitation films, like Marvel, D.C., Star Wars, and live action Disney remakes.

The exploitation of H1N1 flu anxieties to sell fraudulent cures and treatments. The problem is that there's no solid scientific evidence to back it up
The new fear over swine flu has worriers clamouring for the next influenza-fighting shampoo or product. How do we combat this flusploitation?
