The energy a person channels when they find themself in a scenario where another individual does something to one-up/embarrass/piss off the first person. Typically results in the individual channeling said “fuck you energy” absolutely demolishing their opponent out of pure spite and a desire to assert dominance with malicious intent.

Person A: While playing video games, begins talking shit, adopts an extremely cocky attitude, and declares that Person B is “hot trash” at playing the game.

Person B: Fed up with Person A’s cocky attitude and bullshit, Person B channels their fuck you energy and proceeds to absolutely annihilate Person A just to spite them, taunting them at every opportunity purely to reinforce their point.
