1. The sort of feeling you get when your hand goes to sleep, ala pins and needles, mixed with being warm.

2. The state of being not quite sick enough to justify skipping something important, but sick enough to miss work or school.
"Ouch, my girlfriend fell asleep on my hand and now it's all fringly!"

fringlish

Also known as "franglais" (frong-legh).

A term to describe a Bilingual Canadian who uses both English and French in the same sentence, usually due to poor knowledge of the second language, so they have to resort to their first-learned language to "fill in the holes". Americans use this as well, but for Spanish and English ("Spanglish").

"Sorry... nous speak anglais very pas bien!"
