Frameperfect is a jump that can only be done when the player clicked in the exact frame needed. Frameperfects are one of the hardest jumps in GD. The first appearance of it was in 1.6, in a level Silent Clubstep by Sailent.

In order to get pas the NSMBU "Don't Touch Anything" level, you must perform frame-perfect jumps to get past the edge coins.

A trick in many games (Smash Bros, Geometry Dash, almost anything speedrunning) that involves making inputs in a single frame.
Basically just a really hard timing.
