An miserable asshole who sits in a position of power and abuses it. A forsbag usually gets butthurt over small things and is described as having little to no hair, very small and beady eyes, and an overall creepy appearance. The first name of a forsbag is usually Steve.

Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it.
