this terms is a commonly used among Hispanics and it refers to a person (male-fodongo or for female "fodonga)
who is unkempt, sloppy, unattractive, crass and does not care one bit to change or improve themselves.

I don't know what is going on with young girls anymore....they go out looking so fodongas.....it must be the in-thing...

A person that just got out of bed and has not yet washed up.
Someone that is walking around all day with the same clothes as yesterday. A Stinky fonky person. Someone with halitosis, same smelly underwear from yesterday, sleep hair, and dry eye crusties.

A word of Spanish descent that is used to describe someone who is grossly overweight and big. "Fodonga" can also be used to describe a lazy slob.
