this terms is a commonly used among Hispanics and it refers to a person (male-fodongo or for female "fodonga)
who is unkempt, sloppy, unattractive, crass and does not care one bit to change or improve themselves.

I don't know what is going on with young girls anymore....they go out looking so fodongas.....it must be the in-thing...

person who doesnt shower, change, or do very much aside from waking up in the morning. you will usually find these lethargic beings wearing what they wore to sleep, hair undone, no shoes, yawning, sitting around
