Flightnard 

The name of a person who misses their flight because they drinking heavily in the airport bar.

Alternate meaning: Anyone acting like an ass on an airplane.
Dude, I'm such a flightnard! I got wasted in airport pub at Heathrow and missed my flight to Hamburg.

Alternate usage: I heard the stewardesses making fun of a flightnard in first class that kept farting on the plane to Amsterdam.

The opposite of a cool down. When you are at the end of class and the coach says you are going to cool down but in reality it is just 15 more minutes of torture
