Puerto Rican slang denominator for the Drag Racing enthusiast.
Also used when referring to a person that is very involved in a hobby or pastime.

Joe is a "fiebru" I need to set a grudge match race at the 1/4 mile track with.
Dave is a baseball "fiebru".

Fiebe 

Fiebe is a beautiful, kind woman. If you are lucky to meet a Fiebe, you need to tell her that she is beautiful because she often doesn't see that in herself and that's sad because she is a stunner, a slaying sister. A Fiebe also loves her friends and family, if there is something wrong with them, she will try to make them happy, etc. She can give you good advice for life, but actually needs that advice for herself.
