Fattoush is a Levantine bread salad made from toasted or fried pieces of Arabic flat bread combined with mixed greens and other vegetables, such as radishes and tomatoes.

A word to closely resemble the sound you produce whilst you simultaneously sneezing and poop in a well filled toilet.

Bazza, I'm a legend. Managed to blast out a turd in the bogs so fast whilst I sneezed, the waitress in at our table ordered me a lovely Salad. Fattoush !!

Originating in what is now modern day Syria, "fattoush" began as a derogatory term for a weak, beta, or otherwise girly man. It's current usage arose after the first man ordered a salad rather than meat, causing his friends to exclaim "ya lah min fatush sakhif" ("what a silly fattoush!" in English). Modern usage of the original derogatory meaning is now largely limited to the American Upper Midwest region.

Fatoush 

1. Epic douchebag with absolutely no game. Awkward, scrawny and altogether uninteresting and insipid.

2. Major cockblock who clings to the opposing sex like no tomorrow, despite the desire being utterly unrequited. Becomes belligerent when challenged by someone with game, especially on the dancefloor, regardless of the fact that they would easily lose in a fight.

3. Someone who stands still on the dancefloor like a toolbag.

4. A Levantine salad made from toasted or fried pieces of pita bread combined with mixed greens and other vegetables.

You see that Fatoush on the dancefloor? He kept trying to shove me out the way but the girl he was dancing with shut him down and danced with me regardless.
