(noun) :An assortment of unpleasantries on a face. Can include acne, acne scars, pimples, beard stubble, actual beard, peeling skin, etc. Most often seen on teenage boys.

Girl 1: Billy used to be so hot.
Girl 2: Yeah, it's sad that he has all that facial riff-raff now.
