If something is not merely easy, but so easy that one could complete the task even without trying.

Example: If you are sitting down it would (for most people) be easy to stand up. However, it would be ezay to keep sitting, since it doesn't require any effort at all.

This word could be used to mock someone if you beat them in something.

losing team: Damn you guys are good, well played.

winning team: Nah, it was ezay I didn't even have to try.
