To be ridiculously extra while at the same time being the cutest thing on the planet. Usually occurs in people who are goofy af but also way more adorable than anyone has a right to be. Prime example: V aka Kim Taehyung of BTS . Warning: witnessing someone with natural extruwu can result in you clutching your cheeks, melting into puddles of squee, and mild brain shortage, causing you to be unable to do anything but utter exclamations like "omg he's so cute wtf HOW??"

"Yes, officer, this man right here is exhibiting too much extruwu and I can't go on with my day. Please arrest him."
