The pit in your elbow. Analogous to the (poorly named) armpit, but connecting lower arm to upper arm. A very underappreciated part of the body.

You have hell of elbowpit stank; you should rethink your arm hygiene regiment.

Stays warm when it is cold out.

Elbownitis 

Chronic inflammation of the wenis often associated with excessive amounts of alcohol being consumed.

Person 1 "Are you drunkkk? I can't feel my elbows, can u help me test them"
Person 2 "sure, move your right elbow"
Person 1 "im sorry, can you point to it"
Person 2 "It doesn't work" (as she holds her elbow in the air)
Random boyfriend "she has elbownitis!"
