Edgeophobia 

The irrational fear that The Edge from U2 is out to kill or "get" you. Many Irish are afflicted with Edgeophobia, however, the global spread of this irrational fear goes beyond any one nation. Rates of Edgeophobia in the US are approaching those of acrophobia, or, "fear of heights."
John: We can't go to the concert tonight.
Bill: Why not?

Exam-phobia (Examophobia) 

Like any other kind of phobias to have an unnecessary fear of exam. Over-thinking about exams that makes you get nervous.
Sue: I'm really nervous about tomorrow's exam.
Sarah: oh come on it's a piece of cake, I'm sure you have got exam-phobia (examophobia)

Elephobia 

The exagerated fear and dread of being unexpectedly trampled by a herd of wild African elephants.
I went to Kenya worried about Hyenas and crocodiles, but left with "Elephobia" after a herd wandered into my camp site and overturned a bus

Elephobia
A social or psychological reluctance to acknowledge or discuss an obvious, significant, or uncomfortable issue—commonly referred to as “the elephant in the room.”

(Figurative) The fear of confronting truths that are large, unavoidable, or widely ignored.
Elephobia

is the fear or reluctance to talk about an obvious, significant, or uncomfortable issue—the proverbial “elephant in the room.” Someone experiencing elephobia avoids addressing topics that everyone knows are important but nobody wants to discuss.

Usage in a sentence:

The team’s elephobia was obvious when no one mentioned the failing project during the meeting.

Elephobia often prevents honest conversations about difficult subjects, both in workplaces and personal relationships.
