A person who gets to drive in the carpool lane because they have a hybrid vehicle yet insists on driving slower than everyone else. This is especially maddening for motorcyclists.

Sorry I was late but I got stuck behind an ecoblocker the entire way from LA.

Someone who isn't doing their part to recycle, reduce and reuse.

Pete's such an ecoslacker. He put his food waste in the trash and not the compost pile. And do I see a milk jug in that garbage bag?
