A person who offers him-/herself for casual sex through an internet site, usually in exchange for an evening out or similar social event.
"She wasn't, like, 'with him' with him at the bar. He was just a one-time e-Lay that she got over the 'net."

E-lay (Net-lay)
This refers to sex procured through the use of the internet. Going online, communicating with like-minded adult(s) and eventually, having sex. No money is exchanged between the individuals. It doesn't matter if you pay to join the site or just use it for free (you have much more access when you pay).
I have been chatting onine with this chick for months. Well, we finally met and did it almost right away. That was my first e-lay (net-lay) and I am looking forward to more.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
