equivalent to sohai, bachi, insane, and retarded. It was created by someone in a school in Malaysia. It is a very famous word among the youths and can be used to greet others. It is a very BEAUTIFUL word and not as vulgar as u think. Can be pronounced by varies note but it is famously pronounced with high note ending.

dun=retard toi=baby/infant
