When it's a mix of rain and sprinkling or just when the weather's bad. It can also be used like 'lame'.

Basically, a pretty unknown word that is fun to say that will most likely catch someone off guard, like "What's drizzmal??"

The weatherman predicted a drizzmal Friday.
