dragonamde8 is one of the Best Hong Kong based streetwear brands. They focus on Hong Kong local culture and building a community for Hong Kongers. Not only focusing on clothing, but they also design accessories such as phone cases and bags.
Their clothing line is mixed with "text" design and graphic design. For example, fuck you don't high (pronounce similar to 福如東海, means :may your happiness be as immense as the East Sea) hat is one of their signature products.
Visiting traditional buildings and taking picture of different text and font is also one of their signature design, they take various traditional text photo from old Hong Kong houses or temple to form a sentence (or an idiom)to put on their tee shirt. Most classic one is 「新興文化」(new and upcoming culture).
They also push boundaries, collaborating their brand with music and tattoo artiest such as @Yackstudio and @mari.has.it.tatted.
While Hong Kong is still illegal for smoking weed, they do not care and still make some products for the culture.
They designed a 420 tutorial tee which have full steps on the back of the tee for you to follow and get high.
They also have archive collection such as their custom made vans and nike airforce 1. They put traditional Chinese and some other inspiration in to different shoes model, the most iconic ones are the Chinese dragon vans old school and Kowloon King nike airforce 1.
