Douche Rock
A genre of music most popular with late high school-college age students, boys and girls alike. Excellent for road trips, experimentation with sex and/or marijuana, and "chill" afternoons. Douche rock is not quite underground and not quite MTV-mainstream, allowing listeners to feel as if they listen to groups that the masses are not yet aware of.
Douche rock acts usually blur the lines between rock, reggae, folk, and jam-band without ever becoming legitimate in any genre. They can most easily be found at summer music festivals and outdoor venues such as Alpine Valley in East Troy, Wisconsin. The music is often characterized by an acoustic guitar toting frontman backed by a band that is almost certainly more talented than he is.

The crappiest rock music I've ever hard. Being a douche rocker means you have to sound like a prepubescent boy when you're singing, hit random, incoherent chords in songs, and have no timing, rhythm, or skill when you're drumming. You also have to cream you're manpanties whenever one of your crappy hits is played on "Z100", MTV's "TRL", and the like.
Douche rock bands include the likes of All American Rejects, the late Green Day, Nickleback, Alter Bridge, AFI, and jesus christ Fall Out Boy. I HATE FALL OUT BOY!!!

A person at your local rock climbing gym who brags and constantly brings up other people's failures and their own small accomplishments in order to make themselves feel better. Brags and makes others feel sorry for even participating in this amazing sport. Most of the time is a male.
The Gloating Douche bag Rock Climber does not brag by choice. He needs to brag in order to sexually arouse himself because he has no confidence in himself unless he his gloating.
Often extremely insecure and rarely gets laid.
