Something so shocking and so outrageous that it must be described as doonwoggeled. If you are doonwoggeled you are shocked at the situation at hand and must describe it like a smartass.

Person 2 ( feeling doonwoggeled)
Person 2: that is vile, that is absolutely disgusting, I am doonwoggeled
