1) Short for "Damn I look". Usually something is added to damela, such as good, fly, etc. Pronounced (Da-Meh-Luh).
It's a (wack) song by baby boy da prince though, I'm not sure, but Cassidy might have created the word.

2) Spanish word. Depending on how you use it, or what it's affiliated with, the definitions change.

Diameatus 

When you're constantly hungry, and realize it's because you haven't eaten any meat all day. It's that unquenchable appetite that can only be relieved by a big-ass burger, steak, leg of lamb, pile-o-bacon, etc. Word was coined by Tony "Thunder" in July of 2011 after eating a life-saving meat lover's pizza.

All I had to eat today was a bagel and some captain crunch. I gotta eat a steak or some bacon soon, my diameatus is really actin up.
