To be as neutral as possible in the office. As in PC. Usually to the point of android precision. An attempt to obliterate racial/sexual/religeous offence from company activity.

After the allegations of sexism, the company went totally desktop. All the pink and blue keytags have been replaced by yellow, payroll has dropped titles from the salary records and all incoming and outgoing mail is screened for possible offensive content.
