Nickname of the Sea Otter Water-type starter for Pokemon Black/White on the GameFAQs Pokemon Black/White boards, so named due to its goofy, uncompelling design, especially compared to his Grass and Fire counterparts. This is the opposite of herpa derp. It means when a situation is normal. So whenever the situation is completely normal it’s derpaherp, but when it’s abnormal it herpa derp.
