Pronouced (siff) an Acronym for Chill Your Fight or Flight, a word used to let someone know theyre triggered and they need to calm down their biological response. In other words it lets a person know theyre biological brain circuit of fight or flight has been activated in response to stress, but that "stress" source is not worth getting all serious over.

It is also used to describe a low dose of drugs thats enough to deactivate a persons seriousness, it can be interchangeable with chill but it has more of a deeper meaning.
