A Scouse Slang term and shortened definition regarding an Aggressive Fair skinned Woman under the height of five foot or of small stature

This is Used primarily as an insult however due to Cuxplonian and Cuxplonian Blunderboss being context bound it is neither Positive or negative and can show up in many different ways
