When someone has taken a bath but has not completely washed off the soap lather off their penis. the dried soap in addiction to a lack or neglect of applying moisturizing cream. This results in the skin of said persons genitals. to become extremely dry and crusty, while using the word coco which is a Caribbean slang for penis, we arrive at the term crusty coco.

Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
