1. An emphasis on crunk, meaning extremely crazy drunk or chronic drunk, either being really really drunk, really really drunk from crunk juice, a combination of alcohol and energy drink, or high and drunk at the same time.
2. Another word for crunk juice.
3. Used as an adjective for anything or anyone that is really cool.

Crunksauced 

When one becomes very stoned and drunk, wacked out, but still manages to have a good time while slightly making a fool of themselves. (A combination of crunk and sauced)
