Similar to a creeper but with a little bit of a spanglish twist. Especially applied to someone who skulks around in a telenovella.

noun. A person lacking social skills, basic manners and whom can also lack basic personal hygiene training, who believes that he is special to the world, and that he should be accommodated according to his whims (usually because his mother told him so...)
