When you drink coffee, you are sometimes overcome by a fit of coughing. In order not to choke, you spray the coffee from your mouth. The liqiud coming from your mouth, is known as COUGHFEE.

Jimmy choked while drinking coffee and sprayed everyone with COUGHFEE.

coughsundheit

It's like "gesundheit" but for when someone coughs. I tend to feel like saying something when someone coughs. A powerful cough is similar enough to sneezing (if slightly more voluntary) that it should have a word, too.

Coughcussion

A medical condition characterised by head pain due to repeated violent coughs.

A person is said to have a coughcussion (or be coughcussed) if they have both a throbbing headache/migraine and a violent cough - the intensity of the cough causes additional head pain.

"I can't make it your birthday party tomorrow because I'm sick: I have a coughcussion."

Couthful 

A. To have or to possess a degree of couth.

B. A Paladin playing World of Warcraft who never listens to his group members because he feels above them skill and experience wise. He often queues for random dungeons with a tank and said tank leaves group upon joining. Ironically Couthful is usually the best player in the group by far, able to lead and outdamage everyone, however his name seems like antonym for himself.

A. That was couthful of that dude to hold the door open for his girlfriend.

B. "Oh crap!" he yelled, "Couthful is in our group, he is going to quadruple the damage I do then sarcastically belittle me with backhanded compliments! :("
