The great unyielding compulsion, common among the ignorant masses, to conform to unenlightened or trite norms that are ubiquitous within a particular moment in time.

Carla's friends all like dating guys on the football team, and being the conformavore she is, she wants the same thing, even though she might actually get along better with musicians.
