N. Used to insult someone by referring them to the pov close-up of the aftermath of a hardcore anal porn where the man ejaculates in the woman's/man's rectum. When said it will usually leave the party at the receiving end of the insult stunned and speechless for undisclosed amounts of time. The most foul of all personal insults known to mankind.
