In playing Mahjong, calling a "chow" is when you are able to create three tiles in sequential order using a discard tile from the player to your left. Thus, a chowquential is the combination of these two words in order to remember how to use the word chow most effectively.

I just created a chowquential! Did you just chowquential me? I need a chowquential!
