A cardboard or styrofoam box containing 4 to 5 fried chicken wings and french fries. Some chicken box replace the french fries with western fries. Some chicken boxes are sold as combos, adding a half and half.

A cardboard, paper, or styrofoam box containing at least 3 pieces of chicken (wings, legs, thighs, drumsticks, tenders, or strips). The term originated in the U.S city Baltimore, MD. It is sold in restaurants everywhere, ranging from Popeyes, to KFC, and even local family owned restaurants.

Popeyes clerk: What would you like?
Customer: A #7 chicken box dinner, 5 piece tenders with a side. No sauce, no drink, and the side is cajun fries.
