Checklister 

Defined as: An Alpha generation person who doesn't use their intellect to determine answers or responses, but simply marks a checklist off. No common sense or reasonable deductible used

This person does not know what he's saying. He's just marking off a checklist and not looking at the whole picture or using his head. This lack of logical reasoning defines the term checklister
