Chapanga is not to be used lightly, and is only used when all other adjectives arent good enough. when written it has to punctuated with an exclamation mark.

A supreme insult (Origin : India , Language : Hindi) delivered to someone who is bald / balding. To be used when you're losing an argument and have no other choice. It has multiple closely related meanings.
1. Someone who is balding so terribly that a slap on the head (Chapad) will result in all remaining hair falling off.
2. Someone who applies hair growth compounds but they clearly don't have any effect.
3. A bald person who is also an asshole.
