Well berleezy was playing late and said some questionable things and said in his freestyle and said they needed to be censortized. It kinda has no meaning.

"eff" instead of "fuck"
"slime" instead of "kill"
"cvnt" as a way to censor "cunt"
ETC.

the term primarily is meant to refer to slop-tubers who don't have the balls to say words that aren't even targeted by youtube, those cowards are the primary reason why ridiculous censorship became a thing; compliance=enforcement.
