A neurotic condition whereby a self-important person has the need to answer a cell phone call or continue a cell phone conversation regardless of the awkwardness of the situation or location where the call is taking place.

Airport restrooms are great locations for observing cell whores and this odd behavior.

Skip is such a cell whore, he took a call from his office, walked to the men's room, did his "business", flushed, and walked back to his office. All this and he never missed a beat. He kept the conversation going, except he did not wash his hands.

(N). 1. A person who talks on a cell phone in an inappropriate place, causing a disruption to the people around them, thus negating the purpose of talking on one in the first place.

2. One who talks loudly on a cell phone in a public place about trivial stuff to feel/sound important. Used as a fake symbol of status.

I was shopping in the grocery aisle when I was bombarded by this loud obnoxious celluwhore who was shouting his grocery list into the phone.

Celebrities who are generally acted like whores, being skanky, being trashy, being slutty, bring bad names, with a big fake soul inside. These "celebrities" don't even pose half of their talent instead for having boobs bigger than their brain, weighting less than 100 lbs, wearing a lot of make up, plastic surgery almost everywhere.

Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Courtney Love, Pamela Anderson, Lindsay Lohan (after became messed druggie), Lady Gaga are celewhores.
