Canned Laughter

The worst invention since the A-Bomb.

Used by almost all American comedies which if you listen closely enough you can hear the winding of the laughter going round and round.

If you hear canned laughter dont expect to laugh.

Expect to be forced to laugh.

Then again the British are just as bad.

Any fake laugh track inserted into video in post-production in an attempt to liven things up or add the impression of a live, studio audience.

Person 1: "Did you see that new reality show they started airing? It's just... bad."
Person 2: "I agree. It's all just canned laughter and sex jokes."
