An individual who loves the State of California. S/he has a great fondness for the state's culture, land and people. The person doesn't necessarily live there, but has usually been there at least once.

An unusual almost stifling fear of anything California including Palm Trees, earthquakes, surfboards and liberal thinking. Usually suffered by people in the Midwest and Southern states.

Due to Kentucky's Californiaphobia, I had to go through three extra steps to obtain my driver's license.
